The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to reconstruct the embankment along the north side of US 24 and the westbound exit ramp for Baltimore Street on the west side of the City of Defiance. The proposed project will also add curb and stormwater drainage features along the ramp to control roadway surface runoff. Work at this location will take place within the boundaries of the Stevens Creek floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to occur in the spring of 2022.

| Hancock County - US 224 - Mile Marker 10.75 (PID: 107755) | Statement of Findings (PID 107755) |
The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to reconstruct the signals at three locations in District 1 by removing them from the existing wire and mounting them to mast arms: DEF-SR 18-27.32 (at the intersection with SR 281), HAN-SR 12-10.74 (at the intersection with CR 9), and HAN-US 224-10.75 (at the intersection with CR 140). Additionally, at the northeast corner of the ALL-SR 117-18.33 intersection (with SR 117/309/Kibby/Leonard), the existing signal pole will be replaced and relocated further back from the roadway.
Work at the HAN-US 224-10.75 location will take place within the boundaries of the Blanchard River floodplain. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2023.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to rehabilitate six culverts in order to extend the life of the existing structure. These culverts are located in various locations throughout the district:
• HAN-US 68-7.28 - This structure carries an unnamed tributary to Eagle Creek under US 68 in Hancock County.
• HAN-SR 103-8.14 - This structure carries an unnamed tributary to Ottawa Creek under SR 103 in Hancock County.
• HAN-US 224-21.24 - This structure carries an unnamed tributary to the Outlet under US 224 in Hancock County.
• HAR-SR 235-5.48 - This structure carries Poe Ditch under SR 235 in Hardin County.
• HAR-SR 701-4.24 - This structure carries Hog Creek under SR 701 in Hardin County.
• WYA-SR 199-1.89 - This structure carries an unnamed tributary to the Sandusky River under SR 199 in Wyandot County. Construction activities will consist of field paving the interior of the existing culvert with concrete and the installation of rock channel protection. Work at this location will take place within the boundaries of the Sandusky River floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2023.

The Defiance County Engineer, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation, is proposing to replace the bridge deck on County Road 195 (Harding Road) over the Auglaize River in Defiance County. Additionally, the existing guardrail will also be replaced.
As a result, this work will take place within the boundaries of the Auglaize River floodplain. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2022. |

The Allen County Engineer, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation, is proposing a safety project that will install overhead signs, upgrade existing signs, and upgrade pavement markings at the Shawnee Road / Fort Amanda Road roundabout in Shawnee, OH located southwest of the City of Lima in Allen County.
Portions of this work will take place within the boundaries of the Ottawa River and Little Ottawa River floodplains. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2021. |

| Allen County - Spencerville Road - Sidewalks (PID: 110277) | Statement of Findings (PID 110277) |
The City of Lima, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Lima‐Allen County Regional Planning Commission (LACRPC), is proposing to construct 1.9 miles of 5‐foot wide sidewalk along Cable Court, Shawnee Road, Spencerville Road and North Shore Drive in the City of Lima in Allen County. The proposed sidewalk will connect to existing sidewalk at South Cable Road on the west end of the project and at South Pierce Street on the east end of the project. The project also includes adding Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramps with curbs, replacing driveway aprons as needed, and adding striping and signage throughout the corridor.
A portion of this work will take place within the boundaries of the Ottawa River floodplain. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2022.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to replace a structurally deficient bridge on US 127 spanning the Maumee River at mile marker 0.53. The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to repair the shoulders on the west side of State Route 49 from the Van Wert county line to the Village of Payne. This repair will be done by reconstructing the edge of pavement in the southbound direction. Additionally, aggregate drains will be installed where practical (not in guardrail sections). This work will take place within the boundaries of the Blue Creek floodplain. Additionally, while it is nearby, no impacts will occur to the Flatrock Creek floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2021.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to resurface US 224 in Hancock County from the intersection with State Route 235 to the western corporate limits of the City of Findlay. Additionally, the Hancock County Commissioners are proposing to raise approximately 850 ft of the roadway near Township Route 233 by approximately 18 inches in order to provide access to the City of Findlay during a flood event. The existing roadway runs adjacent to the Blanchard River; as a result, portions of US 224 are located within the boundaries of a regulated floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2021.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to repair a slide along State Route (SR) 66 in Defiance County by installing a plug pile wall; drainage will also be improved and repairs will be made to the embankment. The slide is located along the slope on the east side of SR 66, just south of the bridge carrying the roadway over the Auglaize River. This project will occur within the boundaries of the Auglaize River floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2021.

| Paulding County - Oakwood Sidewalks (PID: 109019) | Statement of Findings (PID 109019) |
The Ohio Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Village of Oakwood, is proposing a sidewalk project on State Route 66 (First St) from North St to Celina St in the Village of Oakwood in Paulding County. Sidewalk work will include replacing the current walk with brick pavers. Additionally, inadequate street lighting will be replaced and street furniture (benches and trash receptacles) will be installed. This project will occur within the boundaries of the Auglaize River floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2022.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to perform routine maintenance on various bridges throughout Allen, Hancock, Paulding, Putnam, and Wyandot Counties. Work at some of these structures will occur within the boundary of regulated floodplains: HAN-SR 15-20.90 (Lye Creek), PUT-SR 115-1.32 (Sugar Creek), PUT-SR 15-15.14 (Pike Run), PUT-SR 15-16.33 (Lammer Ditch), PUT-SR 15-16.80 (Blanchard River), and PUT-SR 190-5.80 (Auglaize River).
Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2021.

A portion of this work will take place within the boundaries of the Town Creek floodplain.

| Allen & Van Wert Counties - 5th Street/Lincoln Highway_PID 108373 | Statement of Findings (PID 108373) |
The City of Delphos, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to rehabilitate Lincoln Highway from Menke Street on the west side of Delphos in Van Wert County to Lehman Road on the east side of Delphos in Allen County. Rehabilitation will include replacing curbs and gutters, replacing catch basins and installing bicycle friendly grates, resurfacing the roadway, replacing curb ramps, filling in missing sidewalk sections along the roadway, and redesigning the current 4-lane roadway and turn it into 3-lane roadway with bicycle lanes. There will also be traffic signal and pedestrian facility upgrades and adjustments.
The proposed work will take place within the boundaries of the Jennings Creek and Flat Fork Creek Floodplains.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2021.

| Wyandot County - Carey Safe Routes to Schools (PID: 106346) | Statement of Findings (PID 106346) |
The Ohio Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Village of Carey, is proposing a Safe Routes to School project in the Village of Carey in Wyandot County. The project will include sidewalk improvements and installation, intersection improvements, lighting, and construction of a multi-use path through Memorial Park to connect the school to Patterson St. See attached mapping. Permanent right-of-way will be required to maneuver the multi-use path around park amenities; all other work will be included within the roadway right-of-way or Village-owned right-of-way through the park. Portions of the work along Vance St and Glenn Ave will take place within the regulated boundary of the Spring Run floodplain.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2021.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to replace a culvert carrying a non-jurisdictional ditch under State Route (SR) 613 and establishing clear zone grading at mile marker 8.98 in Putnam County. To address additional drainage issues in the area along the north side of State Route 613, this project will also reshape and resize the ditches along the north side of the roadway; this work is not located within a floodplain.

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1 proposes to rehabilitate a bridge structure carrying State Route (SR) 114 over the Little Auglaize River at the 22.50 mile marker in Paulding County. Bridge rehabilitation construction activities will include replacing the deck edges, performing a latex-modified concrete overlay on the deck edges and approach slabs, upgrading guardrail, installing a new access drives for adjacent farm fields, and performing minor drainage upgrades and abutment repairs.
Construction is currently scheduled to begin in Spring of 2021. |

The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to replace the Napoleon Road (State Route 115) bridge over Plum Creek in Putnam County with a new bridge to be constructed at the same location. The new bridge will be similar to the existing; a three-span reinforced concrete slab structure. Under the north span, area will be made available for the Village of Kalida to construct a walk path in the future. All work will occur within existing roadway right-of-way. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring of 2021.
