Winter Contract (018b) - Sodium Chloride (Rock Salt)

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION FORM HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO: OCTOBER 15, 2018  
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is preparing a supplemental salt contract in an attempt to acquire additional salt. 
 
Any Political Subdivision wishing to participate in this contract may do so.
 
The contract is expected to open on October 22nd.
 
You will be required to purchase 100% of salt you request.
 
ODOT cannot guarantee that vendors will submit bids.​​​

Submission of this form to ODOT, you agree to complete the RESOLUTION and submit it to ODOT.
 
If  the Political Subdivision wishes to rescind this request, and has not submitted the RESOLUTION, they must do so by email to Tom.Pannett@dot.ohio.gov and Dean.Alatsis@dot.ohio.gov by no later than Tuesday, October 16, 2018 by 12:00 p.m
