The Office of Systems Planning & Program Management (SPPM) staff perform statewide condition and needs analyses on Ohio's road network and manage ODOT's capital programs in a fiscally responsible manner to assure the best use of Ohio's transportation resources. SPPM is organized into three sections with various project and program coordination duties. Access information and data through the portals below:

Ensuring that capital programs are managed and monitored for the State while protecting Ohio's assets.

Coordinating construction projects with local government while offering assistance to the District Offices.

Analyzing crash data and pavement and bridge system conditions while producing reports for decision-makers.
