4. Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure Toolkits
ODOT recently created guides to explain and illustrate common SRTS countermeasure recommendations. There are two toolkits one for infrastructure recommendations and another for non-infrastructure recommendations. Each highlights effective programs that address the 5 Es, including arrival and departure suggestions, healthy fundraisers, remote drop-off and traffic-calming measures.
