This one day course is a prequalification requirement for consultants desiring to prepare right of way plans and legal descriptions for transportation projects. Both the designated Right of Way Plan Designer and the designated Right of Way Plan Reviewer are required to take the training for the consulting firm to become prequalified. While ODOT does not Prequalify Local Public Agency’s (LPA’s) it is strongly encourage that Right of Way Plan Development Project Managers, Designers, Reviewers and Real Estate personnel attend this course.
