Pre-bid questions must be received no later than the close of business the Thursday prior to the scheduled opening date. An addendum being issued is dependent upon the information received and the impact on the competitive bidding process.
All pre-bid inquiries must have the following: Name of the Sender, Contractor or Company Name, Phone Number, ITB Number, Opening Date, a detailed description of the question.
Bidders are NOT to contact any other ODOT office, including District offices, for responses to pre-bid questions.
